Frankfurter Musikmesse 2010

The "Musik Messe" in Frankfurt, is worth the journey. Being left-handed, and then just as a bass player, you have downsized the expectations. But hope dies in the end and so I drove this long distance to see if i´m right.

Shortly after entering the hall 4, I came accross I faced to a lefty 5-string Elrick! Boah, what a beginning! But then the fumble went off. Guitars and Basses were actually present on a big scale, but lefthanders were not discernable in the turmoil of instruments.

There's even more reliance to the companies of Maruszczyk, Roessel, Sandberg and Bacchus! They were at least one or two basses for us to check out.
The highlight of all was the stand of Fritz Roessel, who placed a great range of LH-basses on display. A paradise for left-handed bass players! At least 6 LH-basses, for the most part already been sold, the visitors had the chance for a checkout . My respect!

For the lefthand basses of the companies Fender, Gibson, Warwick, etc. I have devoted a separate website: Fender, Gibson and Co

Hey, let me tell you that you can see much more lefty basses on our Lefty Bass Day than here at the greates exibition in the world.
